Savings bonds, which are meant specifically for individuals are deposit certificates issued by a bank as an acknowledgement of its debt with the holder and a promise to pay the debt and the accrued interest at a fixed date.
Time Deposits may be nominative or numbered.

Subscription requirements
• You are not required to hold an account.
•In case you don’t hold an account: deposit your money at our counters.
In case you hold an account, report to the Commitments Secretariat, produce the account document (Bank Card, savings book, etc.) and fill in the required slip. You will be given an appointment to collect your savings bond.
