Micro Development Banks
Micro banks of rural development of the MC² model are the result of a study carried out by Dr Paul K. Fokam (one of the founding fathers of Afriland First Bank) with the aim of involving the rural area in the process of economic development.
MC²s are created and managed by members of a community, respecting their sociocultural, religious and ancestral values. MC²s have acquired maturity and know-how across the years. The success of this initiative is as a result of the collaboration between the African tradition and modern banking management.
